Oops, I meant Doc Nicholas! I must still be in Christmas mode... :)
Anyway...this morning was our 32-week appointment and everything went well again, thank goodness! Baby's heartbeat was around 145, which is consistent. My blood pressure was still good and I was measuring exactly where I needed to be (which means my belly is 32 centimeters, I think, from top to bottom). She could even tell that the baby's head was "down" which explains why I've been feeling kicks in my ribs lately! This is the position we want the baby to be in during the last few weeks, but she said that could change within a half hour! So we'll see...
I also only gained about 1.5 pounds, which is great considering it was the day after Christmas!
I told her about my knee still feeling terrible, and she said that I should contact my PCP to get it looked at and an MRI if necessary. So, I called and made an appointment for Monday morning. It'll probably be feeling better by then...let's hope!
My next appoinment will be in 2 weeks. After that, they'll start the "internals" which the physician's assistant said are not pleasant! I appreciated the warning...
