baby bedding?

This is the baby bedding that I like best, although we have yet to see any of it in person. The reason we like it because it's very gender-neutral while still being fun and hip (and not too "cutesy"). I wish it was a little cheaper, but I guess that's what showers are for!

baby furniture

This is the baby furniture we decided on at Babies R Us. We think it will all fit nicely in the baby's room and we love the black finish! More importantly, the crib is low to the ground for baby's short Mommy! AND...it converts to a toddler bed and then a full-size bed so Baby Davis will have this set for many years to come. Thanks to both sets of grandparents who are generously giving us these as gifts!

Welcome to our Baby Blog! We figured this was the best way to share ultrasound photos, news, planning and updates on Baby Davis as we prepare for his/her arrival in February.

We will also keep it up in the future when we want to share our daily delights (and challenges!) as new parents.

Stay tuned for our 20-week ultrasound photo on Wednesday! We can't wait to see Baby Davis. Our little "tomato" has been kicking up a storm lately!

As I'm sure you all know, we are NOT finding out the sex of the baby. (Sorry to disappoint some of you!) We pray we get a clean bill of health, which is much more important anyway...
