It's been a few weeks since Thanksgiving, but I had to share these photos of John (& Carly) proudly "carving" the turkey cake at my in-laws' with a plastic knife, of course. He looks like a pro!
Then, we celebrated three December birthdays -- my Dad's on 12/1, Tommy's on 12/4 and Brandon's Dad's on 12/10 -- on Sunday, December 7th. Here's a shot of the Birthday Boys with the kids!
That's it for now. We have George the painter here this week adding some colorful touches to our home, so when he is finished next week I'll have some updates of that as well!

It also happened to coincide with his actual 60th birthday. Happy Birthday, Pappy! Would you look at the size of that carrot cake?!?
When we got home (and I was super stuffed!), Brandon took a picture of me in the baby's room so you get a glimpse of my growing belly as well as how cute the bedding and furniture look together!
