the littlest davis has arrived!

It is with much joy that Brandon and I announce the arrival of a healthy and beautiful baby boy on Saturday, February 28th at 2:59pm. He weighed 7 lbs. 12 oz. and was 21 inches long.

I needed to be induced, so labor was relatively quick...but not relatively painless! Many thanks to Dr. Whiteside, the labor & delivery nurses and the entire staff at Magee for all of their help.

Love forever to my adoring husband who has amazed me more in the last week than I could ever have thought possible. He is already the best Daddy in the world.

Now that my protective mothering instinct has kicked in, I am hesitant to post too many details or photos of our little guy. I will be more than happy to send them to you individually if you email us at brandonandjen@verizon.net. Better to be safe, we think!

Thanks again for your interest in reading our Baby Blog all of these months of waiting. I know it will be, along with all of your good thoughts and wishes, something that we can share with our son forever!
